About the event
Join land trust staff and volunteers as we remove invasive species from the woods of Kurtz Woods. We will be cutting and treating Buckthorn, other woody invasive species, and doing tree cage maintenance.
In doing so, we will protect the diverse community of native flora present on the preserve, and our recently planted trees.
Please dress for the elements and be prepared for hiking off trail. Work gloves are recommended, tools provided.
